We believe the best medical care is given when each patient enters the health care system through a primary care physician and sustains an ongoing interactive relationship with that physician. You may request a specific physician when you visit the Clinic. If that physician is not available, you will receive the same quality of medical care from any one of the other providers covering for that physician. Be assured that in the event of an emergency, you will always have access to a physician, a physician's assitant or nurse who has your medical records available to assist you.

 Brian C. Aquino, M.D.

Medical Director 2012 

 Dr. Aquino is a Board Certified Family Physician who obtained his medical degree at St. John's Medical College, Bangalore, India. He completed his surgery internship at Booth Memorial Medical Center in Flushing, NY and followed that with a family practice residency at Creighton University in Omaha, NE. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He joined the Clear Creek Clinic in 1992 after completing a one year obstetrics fellowship. Dr. Aquino currently resides in La Marque with his wife Jayne and enjoys sailing, fishing and swimming after a busy day at the office.

  MmMMMat Ninan, M.D.

Dr. Mathews Ninan started practicing at the Clinic in 2006. He is a board certified Family Physician who obtained his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine. He distinguished himself as a Chief Resident while doing his residency training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX.  He enjoys caring for patients in all stages of health including,  nursing home care and when hospitalization is required. Dr. Ninan resides with his wife Tina and their three children in Pearland.

Janice M. Teer, M.D.
 

Dr. Teer obtained her medical degree at Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock, TX. She completed her internship and residency at Scott and White Hospital in Temple, TX. Dr. Teer is a Board Certified Family Physician. She joined the Clear Creek Clinic in 1994 and currently resides with her husband Tommy in the local area. Her hobbies include auto racing and scuba diving.

Chaitanya Alli, M.D.

Dr. Alli joined us in October 2008. She completed her Family Medicine Residency in Virginia and was the leading physician at the Shenandoah Valley Family Practice Program in Front Royal, VA. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine and has a special interest in Behavioral Medicine and Diabetes Care. Dr. Alli also lives in Friendswood with her  husband, Shrini, and their daughter. She finds her relaxation in oil & water color painting.
