We believe the best medical care is given when each patient enters the health care system through a primary care physician and sustains an ongoing interactive relationship with that physician. You may request a specific physician or their assitant when you visit the Clinic. If that MD/PA is not available, you will receive the same quality of medical care from any one of the other providers covering for that physician. Be assured that in the event of an emergency, you will always have access to a physician, physician's assitant or nurse who has your medical records available.

 Janice M. Teer, M.D.
Medical Director 2010

Dr. Teer obtained her medical degree at Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock, Texas. She completed her internship and residency at Scott and White Hospital in Temple, TX. Dr. Teer is a Board Certified Family Physician. She joined the Clear Creek Clinic in 1994 and currently resides with her husband Tommy in the local area. Her hobbies include auto racing and scuba diving.

Mat Ninan, M.D.

Dr. Mathews Ninan started practicing at the Clinic in 2006. He is a board certified Family Physician who obtained his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine. He distinguished himself as a Chief Resident while doing his residency training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX.  He enjoys caring for patients all stages of life including,  nursing home care and end of life care. Dr. Ninan resides with his wife Tina and their two sons in the greater Houston area.

Brian C. Aquino, M.D.

Dr. Aquino is a Board Certified Family Physician who obtained his medical degree at St. John's Medical College, Bangalore, India. He completed his surgery internship at Booth Memorial Medical Center in Flushing, NY and followed that with a family practice residency at Creighton University in Omaha, NE. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He joined the Clear Creek Clinic in 1992 after completing a one year obstetrics fellowship. Dr. Aquino currently resides in the area and enjoys sailing, fishing and swimming after a busy day at the office.

Chaitanya Alli, M.D.

Dr. Alli joined us in October 2008. She completed her Family Medicine Residency in Virginia and was the leading physician at the Shenandoah Valley Family Practice Program in Front Royal, VA. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine and has a special interest in Behavioral Medicine and Diabetic Care. Dr. Alli lives in the greater Houston area with her  husband, Shrini, and their daughter. She finds her relaxation in oil painting.

Shivjit Gill, M.D.

Dr. Gill completed his Family Medicine residency training at the North Texas Medical Foundation in Wichita Falls, TX. after which he joined our group in November 2009. His clinical interests include preventive medicine, the managment of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and cancer detection and prevention. Currently residing in Friendswood with his wife and two children, his hobbies include reading and tennis.
